* Shipping within 24 hrs after receiving the payment.
* Standard shipping through Air (Indian Postal services) delivery in 10 to 15 days.
* Expedited Shipping through our reputed logistics partners-DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT.
* Post box address /APO Box not accepted.
* Speedy delivery with in 2-3 business days in case of emergency we use expedited shipping and do inform at the checkout and drop a mail at [email protected] (only in case of emergency for our Bononzle customers)
* Each item is packed carefully to make sure it gets to you in excellent condition and comes with a tracking number in case of expedited shipping.
* Shipping Costs includes Insurance in case of expedited shipping.
* Please provide your telephone no, as the shipping company may need at the time of delivery.

* Unless expressly stated otherwise all items offered for sale are Brand New and Shipped from New Delhi (INDIA).
* Guaranteed as described-Pictures shown are exactly same as shown here.
* Dimensions are indicative and minor differences are possible in case of nautical instruments and Indian antiques.
* The actual colors / finishes may differ slightly from the image online.
* Since all items (nautical & Artefacts) are hand made, slight variations in size may occur.
* All orders are shipped from New Delhi, India within 48 hours of receiving the order. Some items like large antique statues, heavy parcels, restored motorcycles or products that need to be customized may take up to 25 to 30 days.
* All prices shown at are exclusive of customs charges, since the rate of customs duties vary from country to country. It is our experience that small value personal shipments rarely attract customs duties. Customs charges/duties if any applicable have to be paid by the customers.
* We cannot accept responsibility for conditions of Fitting, Use or any consequential loss or damage arising from same.
